This one is a little different in that we are helping a client get out of the project instead of into it. Working with Milton Group and Mopane Capital, this unique 3,100Ha coastal estate is one in a five property portfolio for which we are valuing and writing a business plan for a disposal and exit strategy.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
We are conducting a land appraisal and opportunity analysis, followed by drawing up market-relevant master plans to feed into the valuation process conducted by Mopane Capital.
