Over 20 years ago, US philanthropist Paul Tudor Jones identified this 140,000Ha tract of land as critical in the preservation of the Great Migration and the Serengeti Ecosystem. Today, leading hospitality brand Singita operates 3 commercial lodges and 2 mobile safari camps delivering an unparalleled guest experience, while the Grumeti Fund carries on the work started by Mr Tudor Jones.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
In conjunction with Milton Group, we serve as the owner’s representative, delivering asset management solutions that have included; a business case to attract philanthropic partners, master planning a 5-villa expansion of the existing Sasakwa Lodge, instigating a sustainability audit of the entire operations to achieve certification as a One Planet Community.
